Glazed bananas

Serve over frozen vanilla yogurt at a later date and you will have a sensational simple dessert.

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup orange juice
3 firm bananas, peeled, split lengthwise and halved

Directions

  1. In a pan, heat butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and orange juice until bubbly. Add banana slices.
  2. Cook 5 minutes, turning as needed. Serve immediately.
